Families Matter of RI provides mental health and substance use services in the home, community, office or telehealth for all ages throughout RI. Insurances Accepted: Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, United Behavioral Health, Tufts Health Plan, BCBS of Rhode Island we are an approved provider for the RI DCYF. Individual and Family Therapy
Our team of providers offers individual and family services to all ages throughout Rhode Island. Services can be provided in the home, in the community, office-based or telehealth. Providers also offer consultations and collaborate with local and state agencies to provide comprehensive treatment.

Couples Therapy
Our providers offer evidence-based couples therapy to help partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and navigate relationship challenges. Sessions are available in-office, via telehealth, or in the community to best fit the needs of each couple. Our providers work with couples at all stages from early conflict to long-term relationship repair and collaborate with other providers when additional support is needed.

Substance Use Treatment and Toxicology Screens
We have a group of Licensed Chemical Professionals who provide substance use treatment and toxicology screens through the use of lab approved mouth swabs. They also provide consultation and work closely with state and local agencies and other service providers to provide comprehensive treatment.

We have various providers who offer both substance use and mental health treatment for clients who have a dual diagnosis. They also provide consultations and collaborate with state and local agencies and other service providers to provide comprehensive treatment.

Medical Evaluation And Examination Services
Our group of providers conducts comprehensive medical evaluations and examinations to support mental health and substance use treatment. These evaluations provide the clinical documentation needed for treatment planning, court requirements, or coordination with other healthcare providers. Reports are thorough, timely, and tailored to the referring party's needs. We work closely with local and state agencies to ensure continuity of care.
